No amenities. Food not available in hotel.

Breakfast ok.. But location is not good

2 day we don't get internet

Room is quite big and comfortable ! Large two queen beds with a small sofa set and tea table. Floor and interiors are neat and clean. Located center of the city. Breakfast is just normal.

Bed sheets, blanket covers are not enough clean, Need more hygiene. Booked Air conditioned, but its doesn't work due to some electrical issue.. informed them but not repaired nor any response !

Decent location, big rooms

Problem in parking four-wheeler, hotel staff recommended a restaurant highly but it was a total rip-off

Nothing was good, the room was not clean. It was not worth the money. Only the building outside seems to be clean and nice , after reaching the room inside it was very very bad. Unexpected . Only food was somewhat ok , other than that everything was bad.

We expected some clean room but everything was worst. 1. TV was not good , only 3 Tamil channels were working and that too got disconnected before the check out time.2.kettle kept inside the room was not even washed, they kept simply someone used.3. The room smell was very bad. Overall unexpected experience. Pls don't choose this hotel to stay.

Very polite service team. Great breakfast. Clean room and corridors. Very good proximity to main streets. Some of the sightseeing points are very close.

Parking space is not adequate though I managed to get decent parking. Dinner was not good. Follow up is needed for services, at times. Old model TV without smart features.

Location and the general ambience was good.

The food especially Complementary breakfast. was hopeless. And for both the days of our stay they offered almost the same item and in limited quantity.Employees are not seen in good neat uniforms and need improvement.

The staff behaviour was ok. Bed well maintained. Good breakfast.

Toilet flush was not working. Flooring in a very bad condition. Next day we requested for another room due to the above reason Toilet tissues not provided initially. Only after request they gave it . Price is little higher side compared to the facility given.

Hygeine. We were welcomed with couple of cocroaches which stayed with us for the entire duration. AC was not operational even though we paid for AC room

Staff were listening to my request and there was no disturbance. Though the Breakfast was purely VEG but ordered Dosha and Uttapam were very Good. Edlies were very soft. Hotel alleyways and common places were very clean. Air conditioning was Good and Refrigerator worked nicely.

They did not change the LINEN on the 1st Day of my checking in. I got the Towel changed but later in the Night I realised that even Bed Sheets and Blanket Cover were not Changed. Toilet Exhaust remained out of order throughout our stay.No "EGG" available in the B/Fast. B/fast is Pure VEG. No Fruit or Fruit Juice. Ordered Dinner on First Day- It was Hopeless and more expensive compared to a Very Good restaurant near by.

Courtous staff. good break fast. Room & toilet are clean. Value for money.

The place is in prime location but really friendly undertrained staff and management.

Pathetic experience all together.The clock doesn't work, tv doesn't work, ac doesn't work all at same time. This shows they don't follow a checklist and ensure room is maintained before guest arrival. If you looking for a place to just sleepover then I recommend you this place. But if your expecting something more, please don't..!!

Very clean hotel. The room, the toilet, the corridor was all very clean. Very polite and friendly staff. I was really not expecting this service from a budget hotel. There is a small restaurant on the 3rs floor as well. For breakfast, we have Idlis, dosas, bread,butter, jam, a sweet and one other dish( upma, poha) and tea and coffee. The restaurant even delivers lunch and dinner to your room if requested. The location is very good as well. Probably just a few 100 meters from the bus station. There is a bakery, a grocery store right opposite to the hotel, just in case you forgot to bring something. All in all, superb experience and would totally recommend Vasathi.

We have booked 2 rooms here.. If I am talking about staff and cleanliness of room that was good. Location is good and every restaurant is near to this hotel.

The prices they have charged quite high . I have paid 4500 for 2 rooms for 1 night (standard room). Size of room were ok but still don't have some basic facility like- kettle and tea /coffee . Also, the infrastructure of room was quite old.

Poor breakfast options. Expensive, 30 percent less fair would be reasonable considering the number of hotels in the area..

Hotel is neat and clean. Helpful staff.

1.Spacious rooms with proper amenities.2.Room service & attending concerns on time.3.Wi-Fi connectivity including TV makes stay more comfortable.4.Near to Madikeri fort,Raja street,omkaraseshwara temple & mandalapatti.5.Staff behaviours & hearing the quest in nice manner(most hotels won’t doing now a days).6.Prompt reminder about buffet during breakfast.

1.Parking space (Staffs will take care still need attention).2,Restaurant limited food options (need to improve).3.Not having 24*7 hot water facilities.

Why booking.COM says you pay at property & property asks by e-mail to pay partly. I shall stay away
